Charred...

I cannot comment on the $23USD offer as I am not sure where that rumour (rumour=unconfirmed info) started or how Carson came about it...BUT based on the rest of the articles and VMIs, I will dispute Excalibur's comments that he ever intimated that MO fed him info on a regular basis or that any of that info was "inside information".

To me MO looking "giddy" or saying that "quite a few chickens have been hatched" do not constitute "inside info"...almost all the info Carson put out (except for the 23 offer) can quite easily be credited to sources of information within Caracas itself...ie. hotel concierge, MEM clerk etc. etc.

As mentioned, although I support Carson, I am not here to defend him from legitimate concerns. In fact, the LACK of information in some of his reporting has had me quite ticked off. That comment recently posted here regarding two people checking into the Caracas Hilton is an excellent EXAMPLE...Although I do not recall reading it when he initially made that comment, I wonder what the heck would have been the problem with identifying those two people. Certainly that was information that anyone who contacted or knew a hotel clerk could find out...and it was therefore in no way "inside info" or "sensitive info".

What I would like to dispel are the rumours that MO or ANY KRY personnel were involved in some activity that contravened Securities' Law. Those types of rumours only serve to work against KRY shareholders and potential shareholders. As I am a current shareholder, I am sure you can appreciate my concern.

Perhaps if you or Excalibur or anyone else for that matter can find some evidence to suggest that Carson knew information that only "insiders" could have given him, I might be persuaded to reconsider my position, or at the very least look further into the accusations...as I am sure others will.

In the mean time, these accusations against MO,RF and/or Carson truly amount to nothing...just propaganda and innuendo for people like Collins to twist around in an effort to capitalize on in their concerted efforts to discredit KRY. The situation is analogous to very similar situation in which there have been accusations by some pro-KRYers, who are looking for anything negative to pin on PDG, claim that PDG leaked information of the substance of the June ruling to Vancouver brokers...something I cannot believe until there is proof.
