Bolder,

you start out by stating that the bottom is near and by the end of your argument, you state that you think a worldwide recession will bring these stocks even lower. You didn't strengthen your argument, you ended up weakening it. Which is it?

Bolder; Insider Selling & buybacks better check FGII !

I do not think too many people in the WORLD - sold more stock than FGII's guy -- try $50 MILLION DOLLARS ! cashed out recently through this spring-summer. NOT that the guy did anything wrong or even that he was imprudent for doing so; quite the contrary - we should use these insider sales as early warning signals !

It is not all ways a vote of confidence or lack there of in the company in question, all though many times it is... I believe FGII is one of the strongest, with a bright future; I just think their CEO saw where the Industry was going and sold accordingly - we should have as well !

I'll suspend judgment till Friday's GDP flash report. But there is
a lot of concern that the recession has already started. You will
see the Retailers starting to get hit since employment lags the economy by 6 to 12 months.

VLAD:
If you read the NS Steel Group's news releases, you will find that
the rigs in the US dropped from 960 to 850 during May/June. If you
read the Diamond Offshort's earnings news release, you will find that
they state the number of rigs operating in GOM is 130 with demand for
only 110.
