I do not believe CCI was a scam. However, they may have a distribution and fulfillment problem to which this Rogue guy may be complaining about. If true, I think his case may be an isolated one or just one of a very few; otherwise, other dealers would have come forth to support him. If CCI did have any problems in the past regarding distribution, I am sure TSIG would have discovered them in doing their background check and have taken steps to ensure such problems will not happen when their new website opens. As evidence of TSIG taking the necessary steps to ensure customer orders will be fulfilled and shipped promptly, I refer you to their press release of June 16!!! The release stated that TSIG had chosen Valley Media, Inc. to be its "Internet and Direct-to-Consumer Fulfillment Supplier". Pay close attention to the second paragraph of the release, especially about the 2-yr agreement and the 24 to 48 hours service: "Valley Media, Inc.'s ''Sound Delivery'' division is one of the largest direct-to-consumer fulfillment houses in the United States for CDs, cassettes, DVDs and videos. The two-year General Agreement with Sound Delivery provides Internet and Direct-to-Consumer fulfillment services to Compact Connection, Inc. that include guaranteed shipping of products within twenty-four to forty-eight hours of being ordered and virtually hourly updates of available inventory. Valley Media maintains a music inventory in excess of 250,000 titles." So I contend that TSIG's new CCI venture is very real, not a scam, and will be very successful!!. Good luck to all TSIG shareholders. tfk Disclosure: Long position on TSIG.
