FDA - Thanks for site. I had not found that previously.

Actually it says calculated on the 15th of each mo. so it's once a mo.
The top 100 goes down to a 9.16% ratio as of today's report, so that probably includes all stocks with shorts of much significance. I wonder if it's right up to date on the 15th & I would think has most value to investors on the 15th or shortly after.
