I noticed that the CEO has 6M of 9M shares. Others have substantially less. COO/Sr. VP has 32k. Directors Lanier and Scott have 20k and 5k respectively. Is that weird or typical?

Glad we agree about the cash.

The volatility strikes me as odd, fluctuating between IPOing at 12, sharply ramping in between 8 and 12 several times in just a few months. I'm more familiar with IPOs that open, ramp down and settle for awhile, or those that ramp up and settle for awhile. This one seems pretty flakey. Maybe I'm making a mountain out of a molehill?

Stocks I normally pick would have a book value that's about 3 maybe 4 times higher than this one taking into consideration it's a 12 dollar stock.

Am I overly optimistic or erroneous with the relative importance of the above items?
