Mohan-- Thanks for UBIX info... let us know if you have any further investment perspective on UBIX...you seem to be incredibly up on the cyber stuff... so let me ask for more help... do u know of any live chat sites for Indians... Monday September 14, 8:22 pm Eastern Time UBICS board approves 300,000 shr buyback PITTSBURGH, Sept 14 (Reuters) UBICS Inc. said Monday that its board has authorized a program to repurchase up to 300,000 shares of the company's outstanding common stock. UBICS said in a statement that it has about 6.5 million shares of common stock outstanding. Its stock was last at 5-1/8, up 1/8 on the day. Repurchased common shares will be added to the company's treasury shares and may be used to meet common stock requirements of employee benefit plans, stock option plans and other corporate purposes. UBICS provides information technology professional services to large and mid-sized organizations.
