To keep the thread in some balance

For every yeahsayer we need a naysayer.
For every hypster we need an unemotional investor.
For every misleading hypster we need strong nay sayer.
For all the blind sheep we need at least one good sheepdog.


People who hyped the stock should also be held responsible for spreading unrealizable potential of the stock.

I did not ask her if Ligand has any intention to issue more shares in the future nor did I ask her if she knew the reason for Allergan's sales.
