Slightly off topic:

A guy in my office had to call AOL to remove an incorrect charge. He had been charged despite cancelling his trial subscription. Now, I just called to cancel my own trial service. At the end of the call, the operator reads off the verification number verrry fast. Then when I ask her to repeat, the call gets mysteriously cut off. Hmmm...I lay even odds I find a charge on my credit card two months from now. Or am I being paranoid?
