Craig: I have communicated poorly - either the sending or the receiving has been flawed, possibly both. I do not criticize Sam's posts. I am bewildered by their vitriol - not in content, but in vitality. There is a soul-threatening evangelical bent to them that equals monolithic Emile's rantings. I mentioned, in my post to Sam, that I admired his women/bible piece. But, then come the apocalyptic extremities of his rantings againt a broadly held belief in the goodness of Jesus. And I asked, simply, why need there be this venom - if you, he, Sam, were content with the contents of your own spirit. Do we have to extend ourselves to bring all others to our own point of view. Maybe you are internally with buddha-love. But, externally, you still seem to be in the battle. Why? (I do not seek an answer.) I simply ask again, Why can't we, who are 'fulfilled', just Let It Be? gsm
