Maxwell,

So you have friends working at Motorola, AMD, and Intel. Friends at Intel told you P-II yield were not so hot (a few months ago); friends at AMD told you K6 yield has gone through the roof; friends at Motorola told you Cu process has been perfected and is well ahead of IBM. The result is that Intel's stock is not at 52 week low, but AMD and Motorola are very close.

What is wrong with this picture?

Do you have friends at NSM, IDIT, SGS, etc?

Maxwell,

Re: "I have friends working at APRDL of MOT."

Well Maxwell, many of the Motorolo APRDL engineers are currently looking
for jobs ... I have a couple of resumes to review. Motorolo is in big
financial/business trouble ... only makes sense that they would "hook up"
with another "loser" like AMD. <ggg> AMD could possibly benefit from the
FET/device knowledge at Motorolo ... Copper damascene is still mainly HYPE.

Make It So,
