Welcome back John. Mark had told me he had heard there were two reasons Goth decided to leave the board. 1) the continuing circus among various factions inside and outside of Naxos. Hard to blame him. 2) his wife is ill. I'm sure we all wish John and his wife well. As far as your statement You can best be sure that if someone had been at Ledoux's Monday morning and "sat" on Blumberg's head this week we'd have had an answer by Friday. I'll be polite and say I disagree. If Ledoux has not come up with an answer, no number of people sitting on his head would generate an answer. And if he has come up with an answer I would think he would try to get it out as soon as possible considering the damage failure to explain this will do to his firm's reputatuion. So your statement that not having someone sitting on him demostrate's a lack of management is far fetched. Henry
