Top of the morning John. My thoughts: 1) IMO only, I have no proof of this, BD has had the report for awhile and has accepted the work after reviewing it. 2) I think lawyers will write the Wells submission but with technical support from BD as necessary. 3) TT indicated to me that the trip to Bolivia would have to be scheduled around the third party on-site verification. 4) Apparently, Guido and BD know each other very well. 5) Apparently, TT and BD know each other as well. 6) Apparently, that is the expected time frame. Knowing GE, this is definitely how to drive yourself crazy. Establish an early timeline for GE to miss so we've got something to bitch about...
