I will not argue with you about the definition of free market, because we have
different concept, educational back ground. However, do you think it is a little
bit funny and not appropriate that President Clinton comes to the public and said that
MSFT is a good buy at this price level, and the next target is $200 ? lMaybe you do not, but , I do.

As to whether the market is over valued or not at this moment, it all depend on individual stock.Like BA, CA, the market force will adjust by itself, and we do not need a government official to tell us.However, there are still a lot of stocks , based on their earnings and future market prospects of their products, their price is under valued at this moment. So, you tell me if the market is under or over valued "NOW"
