Simarx: You are correct. Tava's financials have never been stronger. A complex and byzantine capitalization structure has been scrubbed and simplified. The improvement in the financial structure happens to coincide with a big increase in backlog and rapidly expanding ability to execute the backlog. Tava claims, and the market doesn't seem to believe it, that this backlog is heavily skewed towards work with high profit margins. The pieces are in place for quarter afer quarter of strong earnings growth.
