MSFT and the Internet. Larry, Microsoft may pose some competition for the companies that you listed; however, I think the Internet is much too large for them to dominate. Microsoft doesn't dominate in every market they serve. For example, they don't dominate in database applications and plenty of C programmers prefer Borland products over Visual Studio. At least two of the companies that you listed (YHOO and AOL) have a very large user base and I don't think Microsoft poses much of a threat to them. I think ZAP is going much higher. Not only are their earnings in the fish business growing rapidly, but the PE multiple should expand due to their entry into the Internet business. The company stated in a press release that most of the web sites they bought are already profitable and will immediately be accretive to earnings. This is a double positive whammy and should send the stock to at least $40 a share sometime this year (IMO).
