hcm, thanks for the info. It seems to me that this instrument is similar to the one that was constructed for TTRIF last August, it was a $26 MM line of credit that the company could draw on monthly or as required, and convertible at a discount to the then prevailing market price of the common. If your information is correct, this is a floorless instrument, and in view of that, I will definitely stay on the sidelines. TTRIF stock went from above 2 to about 17/32 with a similar funding mechanism. I do not think that here the "damage" will be that great, because the issue is much smaller relative to current capitalization, but it will provide a constant supply of equity to satisfy any demand that might materialize in the near future due to positive developments in the company. Just my 2 cents.

This FINANCING is GREAT for IEL, but as a shareholder, I'm
not dancing in the streets. So, if this is so damn good for
us, when is your prediction as to when we see $3.00 again.
