Thanks James. I just posted to Lou because he was the last poster. The post was for the thread and I should have stated that. The way I read Dan Murphy's post, it did not indicate that the shares were restricted once converted. The S-3 has been filed but the SEC has not yet approved it. It may well be that these are investors that have confidence in Joe Murphy and his game plan and are going to be with us until the end. I sure would like to think that. But, I guess, given the CardCall fiasco, I have now become a little jaded. I would like to see more proof, or at least a discussion of who these holders are and why Joe Murphy thinks they will not sell. I would like to be able to have all of the facts and then weigh my decision in light of those facts. Jewel
