Here is something else I picked up from the last 10Q:

"The Company has previously developed and will continue to
develop new products outside of its year 2000 suite over the next twelve
months."

Hmmmmm....sounds good to me

simarx: I don't recall the IPO date offhand. Years ago in the 1980's somewhere I think. Modern Tava begins with the arrival of CEO Jenkins in 1995. He cut and slashed the dross from the previous management, gave the company vision and focus with a series of acquisitions up to 1997, and then pounced on the Y2K issue as a way to gain entry to Fortune 100 senior management circles. He poured most of TAVA's scant capital into developing the Y2K solution, which he delivered on time. Meanwhile, he brought on seasoned business builders like Larry Hagewood (Elsag Bailey) to get ink on the contracts. It's been a remarkable couple of years for TAVA.
