Peacelover,

I believe the company changed it's name to DP Enterprises.
The current "CCI - a TSIG comany" is a Delaware Corporation
who has a pending agreement to acquire the assets of the
former "CCI" - a Nevada Corporation if Darell Piercy can furnish
TSIG with "audited" financials in time. If not, TSIG has a licensing
agreement to it's >250,000 titles. That's the extent of TSIG connection to the former CCI.
