Another question I have is: Why wasn't Fred Arkoosh asked to be a member of the board if he has been designated as COO? Will he be asked to fill one of the two vacant seats? Why did the two applicants for these two seats ask not be be considered at such a late date?
Surely there was sufficient time before the AGM to remove their names from consideration. And perhaps two additional board members could have been place in nomination and voted on. Who has sufficient clout on the board to name two additional board members? Will it be a rubber stamp? With all the turmoil, does anyone know anyone that would want to be considered?

It is my personal belief, based on conversations with all the relevant parties that ther is a greater chance for both processes to get a fair look with sid than there is with the other side.
I have no idea what role Fred will be playing from here on out. I guess i t will come down to how much current management thinks they can trust Fred. I hope they all can work together. I dont know if that will happen.
I would personally like to see new management with actual experience in the mining industry come on as soon as it is feasible. I think recent events have shown us that the current situation is a short term solution at best.
the problem is what kind of talent will come in to a situation like this one? Ithink some of that question was answered by Mr. Gothe's reluctance to tarnish his reputation by slumming in our current quagmire.

I believe even Mr. allen would agree that professional, experienced management is needed.
