Joll, We are not investing in mr piercy's cci. Can't you people understand english? Why don't you re-read TOPFUEL's posts. TSIG is ACQUIRING the assets of the former cci which has now changed its name. Give me a break. I am not usually hard on people, but you and this gicone and others like you deserve what is coming to you from mr. piercy or whatever. You do not use your smarts or your common sense. I hope you leave us alone. Maybe, you are trying to recoup some of your lost money by spreading bs here to assist the mm's who are shorting this stock. I suggest you do otherwise, invest in tsig now while you can afford it and recoup all the money you lsot to mr. piercy. Peace and good luck. peacelover

Excuse me Joll, What did you say the name of your distribution company is? I am one of those who cares to check. In fact, I can check quite instantaneously. So, why don't you give me the name of your company, the name of the plaintiffs against Piercy in the two cases you know of in Irvines Harbor Municipal. I do want to touch upon two things, those claims aside. First, thanks for joining us as a trial member today in order to post this "testimonial" to George. Second, I want all the investors out there to know that, from an "investment point of view", the past performance of Darrell Piercy is of very little signifigance to the TSIG's operation. First, it's not the same company. Second, customer interaction will be completely different (websites and direct phone orders). Third, the distribution will be handled by a leader in that biz: Valley Media. So, I'm confident that even if the claims are all true, which I doubt, it will scarcely affect the ongoing operations of TSIG and their website. (I think since these guys are so bold, there may be some lawsuits pending. It is imperative that we look at them and evaluate the situation as a whole and not fall into the hands of manipulators. Afterall, we all know that lawsuits are commonplace. It will actually surprise me if a company does not get sued in its lifespan. ) So let not jump the guns and verify the info before we start evaluating the situation. So, Joll, welcome onboard on your first day as a member. Furnish me with the proper info. All of us will appreciate it.
