Actually, I though RMIL stood for: Riley Mired In Litigation And Riley, evidence from your public posts reflect foreknowledge of a "material" related to TVSI event and the intent to manipulate the stock by sharing that information with others prior the events occurence. Furthermore, you would have had to be an insider of RMIL to know that there was a huge short position against the stock. I don't have to be a SEC staff attorney to know that something stunk about that. (other than the apparent mergee operating their business out of a townhouse garage.) And Riley, you should feel fortunate that the SEC hasn't yet become proficient at, or been budgeted for, computer forensics. 6 more months to go or more before Riley finds out if that subpoena becomes a civil complaint. You will tell us when that happens, won't you Riley?? Ron
