Seriously, Brinker gave the 800 number to get information about the Disney Cruise Ship "Disney Magic". It's (800) 511-1333

Even if you're not planning a cruise in the short term, it is probably in our all of our interests to call the number and request the Disney Magic Cruise Ship material. Doing so may show Disney/ABC how many Moneytalk listeners are out there this weekend. The tally could determine the future of the Moneytalk Program starting January 1999.

I can see how raising margin requirements might be a good way to dampen speculation. But wouldn't one have to also restrict option trading? If an investor couldn't get the leverage they desired through margins, wouldn't they start trading options where they could get an arbitrary amount of leverage?
