The Federal Government broke this one open by saying that they would not require
the RBOCSW to resell Data.

NN ATM in California, UP and DOWN the state for SBC's BIG new Digital
network.. They do not have plans for Nevada as of yet.

Long term contract is in the works for the AIT to SBC five state area. Immediate
construction will be San Antonio to Saint Louis and all major metropolitan areas
between, including some bohunk town called Jefferson City where the control center
for the network will be located -- This is not firm yet--politics involved.

The AIT area is supposed to link East Saint Louis to Chicago and Detroit and connect
all major cities in Ohio. It looks to me that Newbridge ATM rules the world.

Mainland China is also talking about an East Coast long ATM circuit to link Hong
Kong, Canton, Shanghai, and Peiping. It is almost a certainty.

Newbridge - The trend is down and if it breaks the previous support it will continue down. My home grown system gives pretty accurate signals and you may wish to check them out. The signals come up at the end of the day and the general rule is to buy if the top of the Buy signal bar is broken, and vice versa. I find if the bottom of the buy signal bar is decisively breached, the trend continues down. This is the case in NN. There is a decisive break below C$35.50 , which indicates that the stock is still going down.
