With all due respect to my much maligned profession, the LAST thing Naxos needs is another lawyer in management or on the Board. Also one other comment, I agree Naxos needs competent, experienced mining people at all levels of management. I also think this experience is needed NOW and that existing management squandered an important opportunity to find someone and fill that top slot prior to this latest debacle. JLA PS Unless my proxy statement was wrong I believe unvoted shares go to management. Left my materials at the office. I'll have to double check later to verify Larry's claim. Larry, spare me the capitals. I hear you just fine. One thing NOBODY can say is that I don't respond to posts made in my direction whether you agree with my stances or not.
