TO ALL,

I was halfway through a very long post regarding the AGM when i decided to erase it and just make a few statements.

The reason the AGM seemed unorganized at first was entirely due to the people who were unable to follow the proxy instructions. The first thing that i was taught in school as a child was to READ DIRECTIONS ON ALL FORMS. More than two hours were wasted because there people decided not to follow the instructions. They even suggested that the AGM be rescheduled for another day.Could you imagine that. We all would have to rearrange our schedules and pay to fly up there because these people didn't bother to follow the instructions or make a simple phone call to get clarification ahead of time.As it turns out, each and every one of these people turned out to be Fred Supporters. Fred was not able to vote a large chunk of his shares because he didnt bother to read the instructions. Here is a man who is COO of the company and who wants to be president and he can't even follow the proxy instructions.I wouldn't be surprised if the entire proxy thing wasn't an orchestrated event for the purpose of disrupting the meeting. Maybe it was just a coincidence that all the people who didnt fill out the proxys properly were big fred supporters.

Thats all i have time for now---more to come.
