Just for now, let me add:

Companies with WAY too much stock outstanding, and not too much authorized left, but never mind, they're In Acqusition Mode! This leads almost always to you know what...

Companies that attempt (sadly, with great success) to convince shareholders that acquisitions are immediately accretive: didn't cost us a THING!!! I am constantly astonished by the number of people who seem genuinely to believe that buying stuff can be cost-free. I'd really like to be able to apply this concept to my daily life.

GB: Re: Top 12 Pet Peeves.

I agree completely. Especially #3.

"3.) CEO or management posting on line to get their stock image up"

That's why you'll never see me posting hype on this thread about how FBN Associates (NAZDAQ: FBNA) stock will never lose value, so our investors have absolutely nothing to worry about.

You'll never see me posting about the rumor'd acquisitions. Or the stock buyback program. Or the free Y2K fix for shareholders.

Nope. We don't want SI readers to buy our stock without first doing some DD on what is the finest bio-technology stock ever to hit the market.

Again, I agree with you. Keep those hypester CEO's off SI !!!
