xray has decided to go down with the SS NIR Short Side

OK - as the captain of the SS NIR Short Side you're doing the honourable thing of going down with other shorts :-(

If you're stop loss is in place and if you borrowed and sold NIR above $3 - then Monday/Tuesday is very likely your last chance to buy them back for a small profit.

What if NIR opens post-News at say $3.50 - and then charges upward (again) upon release for trading? It's very very possible.

What if NIR opens post-News at $4.00? I would not be at all surprised.

What if the two contracts that are to be announced are bigger than any of us are expecting?

Here's something for you to consider - from sources - the News (already written) is just being held up because of one signature from one company CEO - away last week - back Monday with the contract to be signed this Monday/Tuesday. The other contract is already signed. The Aquasol merger is a done deal. Ha ha ha :-)

You're losses - if you have no stop loss in place - or if you don't act fast - without a stop loss - are potentially unlimited :-(

Why should I bother responding to you anymore - given your last two responses to me?

To repeat from a recent post to you from moi:

"...your comments suggest one of several things to me: you've been asleep for the last few months; you're someone who just takes the opposite view no matter what - if I say tomorrow is Saturday - you'll only respond and say it's Tuesday; or you still feel that sentiment for Napier can be reversed with your contrarian views thereby encouraging folks to sell - driving NIR lower - enabling you to make a bigger profit on the short side."

I would buy a case of scotch asap - you'll be needing it next week.

Are you going to salute from the bridge of the SS NIR Short Side as you disappear beneath the waves next Thursday/Friday?

David.

Xray why don't you read what Bunka has to say regarding Napier
In his July Newsletter he writes that he met with Aliecks,Grinnel,Sergio and was very impressed with the product and Napier's future potential.

Bunka writes and I believe he has done his DD he wouldn't put his ass on the line for Napier why don't you and everyone else read Bunka's latest and past newsletters he has done on Napier.
Has anyone read Bunka's latest? Comments?

"It is unreasonable to make projections now since there simply is not enough data. But the banning of Methylene Chloride in most US jurisdictions begins soon and many industrial users will be forced to decide on their alternatives"
"There is immense interest in NIR products from major American industrial entities. It seems that NIR has stumbled upon an elixir of unparalleled promise to some of them. I think it is likely that at least one of these relationships will eventually bear fruit. NIR has the potential to become a real company with real earnings"
