RE: If these developers hired on 2 years ago it's possible that their options are coming up. If they hired on 2 years ago, their options are 50% vested, and they could have been priced as low as 4 7/8. I would bet the teams that have been delivering the products have been getting additional grants as incentive. If, not than Del is seriously deficient in his understanding of successful SV business practice. If so, then the best and most aggressive employees at BORL stand to make a ton of money over the next few years. Let's hope Del understands how to motivate his teams for the long haul.
