Genesis provides wholesale long distance service to different countries such as China and India, and is in the process of developing its own fiber network to the country of Mexico. These and other contracts will enable Genesis to proceed with its current plan of operation.<<<<<<< From a recent SEC filing. I did not understand the filing. Seems to be a registration statement, but couldn't tell how many shares were being registered. I am not fully awake today, Sunday, but I think I can still add and subtract. Maybe someone else will check the arithmetic in their earnings statement in that filing. Looks to me like they overstated profits by a million during subtraction or maybe the revenues were understated by a mil.
