The problem is, they staff them with clerical types, not experienced brokerage skills. Don't take this personal but with transactions and risk of your size, use a good full service broker, then you wouldn't have to put up with incompetence. Press them, kick them, sue them.They'l make up. The division I was using was not their discount brokerage division. It is their full service division with full service commissions. It is time they fess up to the error. I will give them to the end of this coming week. Glenn
