Paul,

I know that most major companies are taking the Y2K problem very serious. AMAT has committed to be 100% compliant by the 1998 year end to our company. Most large companies LU, Mot, LAM, AMAT, SVG, Eaton will be 100% compliant most likely by the 1st quarter of 1999.
Recent Y2K testing on wall street turn out well also.
I would like to get the status of our banking sector however. It would make me feel better if I knew their goal was too, to be 100% compliant by the end of 1998.
