<Wells submission and BD support would only possibly occur IF the SEC filed charges.>

Cima that is also what I have found out re "wells" submission. The SEC has to file charges and then TT has the right to file "wells" submission. Thus NO charges NO wells.

Also the fact that TT has told you that your trip has to be scheduled around third party verification, indicates to me that BD has been retained to do just that.

"3) TT indicated to me that the trip to Bolivia would have to be scheduled around the third party on-site verification."

It also appears the SEC is not filing charges they would have by now.

With regard to calling BD I agree they will say two words no comment

CIMA, I will be happy to report whatever information I discover completely on this thread. I understand BDs concern about shareholder bombardment. From what some of the posters on this thread are indicating, the are pretty closed mouthed. I will do my best and spare no expense, as long as it is telephone expense.

CIMA, I was under the impression that the Wells Submission was being required of TT before the SEC made a decision regarding the May 22nd news release. I guess I misunderstood the language in the release.

If what you say is true, then chances are they are going to help in some way with the third party verification.

That is good news.
