Fred, From your description, this sounds like a cyclical industry such as oil & energy. Which industry are we talking about? KJC

<when a buying opportunity looks almost too good to be true, what else can you look at ? I am looking at a company that has 376 mill in assetts. ZERO long-term debt, liabilities of 60 mill, and a Beta of .43, they are almost at their 52-week Low, as well as the rest of the industry, aside from this sector going just a bit more lower, what else can I look at numbers-wise or Business-wise to help me make a decision ???> Do some research on the company's industry and competitors. Is it's product about to become obsolete, do they overwhelming litigation pending, are they at the bottom of a business cycle, etc.?
