There were numerous rounds of share sales over the years. In 1997/98 CPI stock was sold at $4.75/share for a total of $20,000,000. In 1996/97 at $3.70/share for about $10,000,000. In 1994/95 at $3.15/share for about $9,000,000. Using the exchange ratio of 2.74 to 1 at 2 7/8 per share of TSNG values each CPI share at $7.88.

That means everyone has a profit, but the investors in this company are not inclined to sell as they see big rewards. When you invest in a private placement biotech, you expect more than doubling your money. My friends who are in the deal may sell 10-20% of their position to get their money back, but I am holding on and even bought some TSNG at these levels. CPI has never had a problem raising money as evidenced by their increasing sales os stock at higher prices.
