Vestor I did a little digging and found out why the stock headed down.... this is a copy from the yahoo board. back in April.

Did anyone else see "60 Minutes" tonight? Taylor (Akorn's injectable division) was named as one company brokering
immunoglobulins, a commodity where restricting supply is suspected as a means of boosting prices. To the best of my knowledge, the company
does not actually make the stuff. Happy 50th anniversary in the pillory. Nuthin'like a public whippin' to get attention, eh? When
60 Minutes did an expose on Service International (funeral homes) and its perhaps less than wholesome practices the stock went
up. Any feel for what might happen Mon.? I guess we'll see if there really is no such thing as bad publicity. "flatsville"
