Quite the contrary. Your response is very weak. What analysis of Kemp did you engage in? Repeating the same old line that he will be pursuing SFA. That is not what you call analysis of Kemp's qualifications. Arkoosh was also willing to pursue SFA, notwithstanding your claims otherwise. I went into detail why Arkoosh's other qualifications were far better than Kemp's. All I got was statements from you and Mark that Arkoosh did not accomplish what he was brought into the company to work on over a year ago. Of course, you conveniently moved the goal posts, expanding what Arkoosh was supposed to do, when he clearly was not brought on board to do those things. He had one goal, which was to work out a settlement with the ASE. He left his own successful business and spent months in Canada doing just that (for that matter, I believe without compensation). However, at the same time he emphasized that the settlement should be global, that is, one that includes the ASC. Well, Kemp and the other controlling members of management shrugged that off. Mark comes up with his theory that poor old Kemp could do nothing but dispense legal advice and was unable to control whether it was followed. The question is, did Kemp advise against the limited settlement? I suspect not. If he did, I'd sure like to hear that. As for Kemp's alleged inability to control the situation, how is it that he was able to oust JJ?
