To All:

I just dropped in to take a look see at this company. While here I noticed they appear to be connected to Wall Street West. Therefore, I share the following:

Message 5232966

This concerns a Mr. Daryn Flemming, President of Wall Street West

This is just one person's opinion but I would not consider a company who hires anyone to tout their company for pay. Why? From past experience I have been taken in and I had lots of company.

Buyer beware; it is all packaged to look real good but as daffodil discovered after some excellent due diligence it might not be something to put your hard earned bucks into. JMHO

I would not think a company starting out would want to have anyone with a tainted past connected with them if the company is for real and not a scam.

daffodil,

Some great DD there girl!

In fact you gave me an idea that others may want to pursue. Starting a thread where we could post the names and connections of any person connected with a company who appears to have a "tainted" past. Had I made this one fact a part of my DD program I would not be out a whole lot of money!

If you are interested in pursuing the thread Idea let me know I could start you out with a list <G> and it is no laughing matter believe me.

TO ALL and to DAFFODIL AND DUSTY
I am the Chairman and President of Securities Resolution Advisors Inc. I think it is a good thing to conduct due diligence before making an investment. However, you should always contact the company which is something you both have not done. Yes I did work at Stratton Oakmont however I NEVER purchase one of their "House Products" In fact I left voluntarily in Jan 1991. Yes I worked at various broker dealers, however evertime I went to one of these firms, they painted a picture that they were a compliant firms and they were reputable in the business. That is where I am to blame for not conducting due diligence of my own. I should not be penalized because some of these firms went out of business. Two (2) years ago I left the retail brokerage business because I did not like what was happening. Individual investors were being taken advantage of. That is why I started SRAD. To help these victims, and we have been successful so far. My door is open to anyone that has any questions for me. I have nothing to hide and I am fully aware of Public Disclosure Policy. To Daffidol I hope that you do not put a bad taste in peoples mouth because of 1 or 2 mistakes that I have made in the past. To DUSTY yes I use WallstreetWest, I feel they could help inform people about our services. Alot of people out there need a company like mine. As I stated earlier, please feel free to contact me or any one of my on staff attorneys to get answers to questions. You might end up helping a victims instead of steering them away. Most of our clients cannot afford to pay up front money for any attorney. That is why they seek our help. All business here is conducting on a contingecy basis. We do not see a dime unless our clients recover any portion of there losses. Our website is www.recoverlosses.com.

Sincerely,
Richard Singer
