Penni, if you want it to rain tomorrow, perhaps Emile will pray and make it so.

No, I do not exactly feel Christian love coming from Emile. However, if love equals attention, Emile is reaching out in a way, because he definitely gives us his attention. I was struck by his posts at Politically Incorrect, when he talked of being a beekeeper. I found a real human being in there, and having been trying ever since to draw that person out again. My often frustrated efforts at doing that could be seen as my cross to bear, in fact!

Righteous anger is totally incompatible with Christianity for me, because it always seems to be negative in its thrust, and judgmental. There is always the escape clause that the writer is not himself judgmental, but that God, and/or Jesus, would be. I don't agree with that!

All that spirituality is, is transcendental love, at least to me.
