JPR-- I also got burnt on BRCM. Placed a market order on the first day of this IPO offering... offering price was 24... opened at 70... i ended up buying at 67... closed that day at 53... sold it at big loss... Market Makers played a nasty game with all the open orders... BRCM was hyped up a lot but now it is on a downward slide... heard that they are now facing tough competition from another IPO as well as old timers like Texas Instrument... if you are still holding it, watch it... may be dump it if you are making any money on it...
