LT, Outstanding shares are 192 million and the float is 181 million as of the last public reporting of this info. I would guess that this info is current through March 31. Only recently did BICO announce the end of Reg S dilution so I am assuming that the actual numbers are MUCH higher than those above. Keep an eye on the next 4 quarterly reports for progress of BICO in receiving revenue and diluting shareholder value. The second quarter report is due by Aug 15. Regards, Tom
