Chuca,

Please help me here.

The IPM claims might not be valid come December. These claims require rental to be paid by Sept. Rental to the Feds. No pay, no claims. Who is holder of claims on record at BLM?

Maxam bill for their claims will be $50,000 +/- come September. Can they afford to pay for Black Rock claims also? The Feds won't except stock, cash on the barrel head only.

In my opinion, before one were to invest further in this, it would be nice to read all of the investigating consultant reports. However, according to current IPM bylaws, BOD does not have to disclose these.

Just some food for thought.
