Oh DSD! That's terrible! What did the plumber say?? What caused it? Do you have that buyer's insurance thingie? Can the inspector be held responsible? I personally have lost faith in inspectors-they can only see what's obvious and external for the most part.
I eagerly await reports on Monday.

Once a toilet stopped up and we called a plumber. The boys were maybe 2 and 4. He found several interesting objects in it and when he was done, he flushed it several times, putting plenty of toilet paper in it to test it. THe boys watched enthralled. LAter, I heard the toilet flushing and flushing and ran in and it was overflowing with toilet paper. The boys were standing there, fascinated.

"We were pwaying pwummerman," said CW, who couldn't say L's. Ammo never talked. He just obeyed CW. They had put roll after roll in the toilet. I had to call the plumber back. They did the same thing in a Chinese restaurant once.
