Riley G *************************** You see smartin, what Riley is trying to deflect attention from is that he may very well find himself at the short end of an SEC civil complaint based upon the above information. (if it can be verified in a manner admissable as evidence) This classifies as the transferance of INSIDE INFORMATION and anyone who bought and sold the stock based upon this information has performed a criminal act. Possession of inside information, from what I have been able to glean over the past several years, is not criminal. Utilizing that information for personal gain is criminal and treble damages can be assigned depending on the amount of profit or avoidance of loss. Yes, Riley is frightened and trying to distract this thread from the truth of the matter. He has been subpoenaed by the SEC and anyone who purchased TVSI on his recommendation from the above email may also be guilty of a crime. See how easy it is to be in violation of Securities Law, people?? Live and learn, and then pass that knowledge on to others... I sure have. Regards, Ron
