IMHO, Stagg bit off more than they could chew and couldn't perform. It happens to every growing company, their resources get swapped. Playing Monday morning quarterback...MTEI should have reviewed Stagg's backlog of current contracts to see where they fit in...but even then Stagg could have said they could do it. Too bad MTEI didn't discover the delays sooner. It could be that Jack got the "we are working on it" pat answer from Stagg. All this is my speculation, maybe the press release will clarify. sandstuff
