If i run across the sec approval i'll post the
link. If they have already approved it should be in
the fed. register. The NASD approved it saying cos had 6-12 mos. What determines if your co gets 6mo or upto 12mo version? I think i'll e-mail the sec & someone at the NASD.
This is very important to anybody in the OTC-bb arena since only about 20% currently file. It could end up just like alot of the NASDAQ stocks that aren't maintaining requirements & getting delisted to OTC-bb status. Except the OTC-bb's that fail to file will be delisted & end up on the pink sheets.
I personally think it is a great rule & will put an end to alot of funny business with bb's.
