I must agree with that also. It is hard to fathom a company letting us buy them out at .50 on the dollar with an all stock deal unless they see the BIG PICTURE!!! Locus also taking a major piece of their deal in stock leads me to the same conclusion with them also. I think it is quite apparent that Joe must have something up his sleeve if he is talking with 4 publicly traded companies to enhance shareholder value. Sooner or later the street will see what is going on here and the stock price will start to catch up with the actual value. I've got time...

Exactly! The Edge people had to see the future value of those shares. That is why I believe they made the deal......... and have those shares locked tight in the vault.
