The following is a message from management (reproduced from their web site). I read management's sincerity and responsibility towards share holders in this message: -Joe To All Shareholders: We, the management of Financial Intranet, Inc., would like to acknowledge and thank you for your support, enthusiasm and best wishes for what we are in the process of creating. We look forward to an exciting future, now that our Intranet and next generation Internet sites are functional. It has been an exceptionally busy and hectic time for us all including overcoming some unforeseen challenges, in order to bring all this work to fruition. We thank you for you patience throughout. The Web Site that you see today represents a foundation of what we are building. It will serve at a starting point for our future enhancements. Also, it will always differ from what the Intranet Site's customers will be able to view. We will continue to add products and services periodically as we proceed, whether through acquisition or strategic partnership. Such options are very high on our priority list and will command a great deal of our attention. We welcome your feedback and invite you to make any comments and suggestions for further improvement or innovation. Speaking of our attention: We wholeheartedly appreciate your sentiments and recognize your importance to us as company owners. However, please remember our operating strategy. We firmly believe "less is more". We outsource all that we can, which explains why we sometimes take a while to return your calls or e-mails. We are addressing all of these matters to make communication more efficient. Those of you who have visited us or who are in regular contact know well of our trials and tribulations with our office relocation and earlier communications headaches. Once again, we appreciate your patience and thank you for understanding. We would like to be able to speak personally with everyone of you, but regrettably, as our shareholder list grows this becomes impractical. We will make every effort to respond to everyone personally and as completely as we are legally permitted. Regarding the products and services that we will be adding soon: IDB: Although not yet closed, we are nearing the completion of this planned acquisition. ISDN, DSL and other high speed Internet Access: We are currently in discussion with local carriers regarding the resale of residential ISDN as DSL derivatives. As you know, we are a phone company and are FCC certified to carry long distance business in the US, internationally, and locally in the majority of states. We would like FNTN shareholders and Worksite users to be able to view instructional videos at home, without too much drumming of the fingers, waiting to download. The bandwidth of ISDN will be a great tool for those who still have POTS (plain old telephone service). Within 6 to 10 months, you will see a substantial increase in the speed of ISDN by as much as 20-fold. Video: We are currently in the process of producing and/or digitizing videos for Broker/Dealers and Mutual Funds. We also plan to offer instructional videos on investment strategies to the individual investor. Based on the combined experience and trading expertise of Barry Stein and Kevin Haggerty, we are developing a program of educational videos that will teach even the most sophisticated investor how to better use the tools that we will provide. The first videos will be delivered in August. This is where we are today. We are focusing our attention on these forthcoming milestones, and are already looking ahead and planning the next. We trust that you will remain a part of us for the future. Many thanks again for all your comments, insight and support.
