Sorin, as I understand it, GeoCities is a privately help company about to go public. CMGI is a venture capital investor in GeoCities. There are others, but of GeoCities CMGI owns about 35%. The IPO will offer a small amount of GeoCities stock to the public. I forget the number, but the float will be small by comparison with what the initial investors will hold.

Incidentally, if the GeoCities IPO is a success, as virtually everyone following this market expects it to be, LCOS should also benefit as the owner of Tripod, a GeoCities-like Web community. Since CMGI owns 35% of LCOS, CMGI will benefit again.

The GeoCities IPO is set for August 11, three Tuesdays from today.
