Hi Bruce,

I hope you are feeling much better.

What are the possible scenarios if we get bought out?

Drool Drool, dribble, dribble!

Marvin

<<<<As bad as the selling from some CC shareholders has been to us you must look at it at the same time as the SMTK deal and the JV. We will get through the selling of the stock from whomever it is>>>>

BG,
No doubt about it, DCI would not be where it is today if not for CardCall International. CardCall provided the impetus DCI need to really get on track. Before the CC acquisition DCI was not focused in one direction. CC made the company a player in the Telecommunication industry. As much as we have been dismayed at the selling coming from the CC people, especially in light of everything that is unfolding at DCI, we need to keep in mind these people already have a tremendous profit and they are entrepreneurs and not necessarily investors in other peoples companies. In going through the EDGAR filings and in discussions with you, Lou and James along with other information I have come to the conclusion the sellers are down to a couple of hundred thousand shares. If the buying rate continues as in the past several days this supply will be gone in a week or so. At that point I just don't see anything but upward pressure. After checking out LOCUS and all they are doing and especially their potential I would have to say that DCTC is more than a "screaming buy". With the addition of LOCUS, DCI should be worth close to $10.00 as Houlihan & Co. has stated. Of course we could all wait until closure but something tells me the train will have already left the station by then. Paying a $1.68 is not as good as $1.37 but I have a hunch that it won't make much difference.

Best Regards
